Public rights of way data is often available from local authorities however such data often comes in a varying array of formats and styles. Barry Cornelius, of rowmaps, has very usefully complied all the data from local authorities and produced a clean, uniform, set of KML files for each authority which this site uses. His work, freely available to download on the rowmaps site, underpins this entire site and we are very grateful to him.
